Happy Pancake Day 2017

I always forget about Pancake day and find out on which day it is when it is already here. So today I have a quick and simple recipe for everyone who want to celebrate Pancake day with…pancakes! And I added some of the most mouth-watering photos of pancakes to make you think about all possible variations and combinations.

You need:
1 egg (separated)
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

Whip the egg whites. In a separate bowl, mix together egg yolks, milk, salt and sugar. Add the egg whites and then gradually add flour and baking powder. Pour 1 tbsp of oil on a pan and here you go! Now you can add anything you want. For the pancakes on the photo above I used Nutella, chocolate pudding and ice-cream. The best thing about pancakes is that they are really simple to make and you can spend lots of time trying out different variations:) Will definitely try some of the variations on photos below soon:)
