Kitchen time

Here is a delicious and simple veggie recipe for a quick preparation of a healthy colorful meal. You need:

  • Kuskus (as a side dish)
  • 3 peppers (different colors, preferably yellow, red and green)
  • Corn
  • Some vegetarian meat (you can buy it in any supermarket, try a few different ones to find out which one you like best)
  • Lots of spices (oregano, basil, curry…)

First you make kuskus the way it is written on the box. You just basically put it in a bowl with some water and cook it for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, you slice up peppers and put them in a pan, along with corn. You add some spices and you cook it on a weak fire so the most vitamins remain intact (what’s the point of eating veggies if they lose their nutrition value:)). Than you take the third dish in which you fry the veggie meat (usually takes 10 minutes, again, follow the instructions on the box;))
